Unikun is a full subsidiary of Kunststoff Helmbrechts, Germany. The main emphasis of our production is plastic components having high technical precision and high surface demands. Situated in Suzhou, China, our 400 employees offer a wide range of techniques including tooling, injection molding, painting, laser etching, clean room production, tampon printing, ultrasonic welding, heat staking and value added assembly.

Unikun combines European production know-how and efficient Asiatic production methods. Access to additional production capacities in Europe and Asia is possible through the holding company, Kunststoff Helmbrechts AG, Germany, and our Asian partners.

Already delivered by the KH-Group in Germany: The new Ford C-Max has a two component 40cm-sized radio/CD control panel manufactured with three foils using 3D In Mold Labelling.

Products
Unikun is an experienced systems supplier for entire control panels with a multitude of distinct parts. For example: High gloss varnished casing and push buttons (spray painted and laser etched). The control knob has a soft-touch coating with a galvanised design ring as an eye catcher.
Milestones
The history of Unikun began in 2002 with the formation of a joint venture between Kunststoff Helmbrechts, Germany (KH), and Uniplas, Singapore. In 2007 Unikun Plastics became a full subsidiary of KH and moved to a new production building in 2008.
