You provide the idea - we convert it into plastic! Our engineers advise you on material selection and deal with all aspects relating to the conversion of the product design into plastic. Together with experienced partners our tool management team realizes the tool design and tool construction.
Construction data is accepted either online or via other data transfer mediums currently in use. The tool construction is effected completely in 3D while various analyses allow for advance testing and optimisation of your concept.
Molds are designed together with our tool shop partners in 3D.
Mold Fabrication
 | Unikun Plastics offers a seamless connection with the supply chain, from product development to mold design and fabrication and assembly of the tool to injection moulding . To meet this requirement, Unikun Plastics control mold design, concept transmission, on site process monitoring and management to our partners to ensure total quality assurance.
Mold range from single cavity-prototype to high-cavitation molds for molding machines under 300 tons of clamping force. |
