Tool management
You provide the idea - we convert it into plastic! Our engineers advise you on material selection and deal with all aspects relating to the conversion of the product design into plastic. Together with experienced partners our tool management team realizes the tool design and tool construction.
Construction data is accepted either online or via other data transfer mediums currently in use. The tool construction is effected completely in 3D while various analyses allow for advance testing and optimisation of your concept.
Molds are designed together with our tool shop partners in 3D.
Mold Construction
 | Unikun Plastics offers a seamlessly connected supply chain from product development to mold design and construction through to the assembly of the tool and injection molding. In order to meet this requirement and ensure total quality assurance, Unikun Plastics control the mold design, concept transmission, on site process monitoring and management carried out by our partners.
Molds range from single cavity prototypes to high cavity molds for molding machines with locking forces below 300 tons. |
